Hit the jackpot with your restaurant's marketing

Rockstars! It's time to hit the jackpot with your restaurant's marketing I'm going to give you a tried and true way to create excitement and buzz for your restaurant and drive lots of repeat business back in the door all for very little money; sound too good to be true? Well, listen up and decide for yourself. Any casual restaurant can do this, I'm giving you the idea, all it takes is a little imagination and execution. Now, listen to the Podcast!

Hey guys! It's Roger back at you from Restaurant Rockstars HQ. Let me ask, how would you like to win the lottery? But we all would write well I'm going to give you a proven way where your restaurant can hit the big jackpot, guaranteed. How many people do you know play the lottery? You probably do yourself even occasionally.

Every time you go to the grocery store gas station you see those tickets dollar signs and promises of the big jackpot. It's kind of like Vegas and hard to walk away, that same excitement can be captured in your restaurant too with your customers and bring them back in again soon to spend more money.

I'm talking about printing your own customized lottery tickets with your restaurant's brand. The idea here is to gain loyalty by giving your customers even more reasons to come back in; on top of the great service your staffs are already providing. My restaurants dominated the competition for over two decades and I want you to do the same; all you need are a few cash cows and your imagination.

Let's go back to that cash cow idea; now I've done a few Podcasts on the subject already but just to get you back up to speed, a cash cow is a menu item that's almost pure profit. That's right, it costs you next to nothing to put on the plate but it has huge perceived value, it looks great smells great, tastes great, and you can charge good money for it better yet, you can give it away to bring your customers back in the door and spend even more money.

And lottery tickets are the vehicle to do just that. Imagine handing out an eye catching lottery ticket with a clever name and your restaurant's logo big and bold. Put one in your check prisoners at the end of every meal when the customer offers payment each ticket claims every tickets a winner and they are. Picture 4-5 little squares or circles on the ticket that the customer scratches off with a coin, they may scratch off one or more the circles that say, ‘Try Again’ until they scratch one that's a ‘Winner’

I'll say it again every take it's a winner what are they when you're cash cows of course remember these cost you next to nothing but they have high value to the customer. And giving them this free item will bring them back again to dine in your restaurant one more time. I recommend you develop at least three cash cows in your restaurant.

These can be beverages as well as food and when you print your tickets, make sure to randomly shuffle them to your customers when different items. Yes, this is a proven example of what I call internal marketing. Marketing that also costs little money but has a huge impact and Return on Investment. Close your wallet and instead get creative.
