HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS PROGRAM REQUIRE?

SALES STARS is broken into a series of 3 Modules, which can be watched individually for more emphasis, or in its entirety in little more than an hour. There is a Group Module, which explains the Basics of SALES STARS to the entire Service Team, as well as individual Modules for Servers, Hosts & Bus staff. Once the basic concepts are understood, a Manager should consistently use 1 or more of the Proven Training Exercises from Module 4 in Daily Pre-Shift Meetings and several of the exercises in more formal Training Sessions, so that the concepts become consistent conditioned behavior by your entire Service Staff. IS THIS PROGRAM FOR FULL SERVICE RESTAURANTS ONLY?
